Abstract
By deeply investigating the current situation in Chinese construction industry, the basic problems hindering the development of information service are identified and the causes behind these obstacles are explored. Then, based upon the investigation, the feasible general industrialization policy framework of information service in construction industry with Chinese characteristics is proposed, which will shed some light on the formulation of industrialization policy of the information service in Chinese construction industry.
