Abstract

A folded cavity TEA CO2 laser with two discharge channels is designed. The structure and design characteristic of TEA CO2 laser are analyzed. The optimum parameters on syntonic circuit of charge and discharge are confirmed, and two channels glow discharge is realized at the same time. The relationship of output energy, stimulated voltage, and work air pressure of mixed gas is studied experimentally. Most output energy of 722 mJ is obtained in the experiment.
