Abstract

Using self-design the section 30 cm×30 cm gas explosion experiment pipe, experimental research the different parameters of the metal wire mesh, foam ceramic materials and porous foam iron nickel metal suppression of blasting effect, combined with material characteristics, analysis the mechanism of inhibition explosion. The results showed that the metal wire mesh, foam ceramic and porous foam iron nickel metal on gas explosion spread all have certain inhibition, porous foam iron nickel metal failure pressure and the fireproof effect is better than metal wire mesh and foam ceramics, material damage degree is reduced and the attenuation flame of effect is improved; point four, porous foam iron nickel metal than 40 orders 40 layers metal wire mesh in the attenuation of the flame temperature increase of 43.8%, compared by Al 2O 3 7 cm big hole ceramics bubble up 34.5%. Point seven, porous foam iron nickel metal than 40 orders 40 layers metal wire mesh in the attenuation of the explosion overpressure increase of 29.9%, compared by SiC 5 cm big hole ceramics bubble up 22.4%.
