Abstract

The etching of the decorative pattern of SUS304 austenitic stainless steel plate was described. The pattern screen mask was made by wire net printing method, while the pattern was etched by pulse electrolysis. The etching speed is 0.1 mm/min. The maximum working accuracy is 0.05mm and the finest etching line reaches to 0.1mm. The maximum etching depth is 0.6mm.
