Abstract
Er3+ ions doped Cs2Sn0.9Te0.1Cl6 perovskite crystals were prepared by solvothermal method. The morphology of the materials was characterized by SEM and XRD,and the optical properties of the materials were characterized by a fluorescence spectrometer. Further, the temperature-dependent fluorescence spectra were used to explore the ratio fluorescence of the material with the change of temperature. Further,it was used to characterize the difference of ratio fluorescence, absolute and relative sensitivity along with changes of temperature. It is found that the Er3+ doped Cs2Sn0.9Te0.1Cl6 perovskite probe achieves considerable absolute sensitivity of 0.000720 K-1(250 K)and relative sensitivity of 1.69%·K-1(200 K). This paper not only provides an effective FIR temperature probe in the low temperature range, but also expands the application of zero-dimensional perovskite materials in the field of temperature measurement.
