Abstract

The refractive index n(ω), the extinction coefficient k(ω), the optical conductivity σ2(ω), and the absorption coefficient I(ω) in Eq. (1) of Ref. 1 have been displayed with some misprints. They should read as follows: (Formula presented). These unintentional mistakes do not affect the results or conclusions of Ref. 1 because the correct expressions were used in the work.
