Entanglement diversity in monolithic waveguides

Abstract

The simultaneous generation of both co-polarized and cross-polarized polarization entangled photons from a monolithic semiconductor chip is demonstrated. High quality entanglement is achieved with no use of any off-chip compensation, interferometry or filtering.
