Abstract

With the tremendous development of Internet and the vigorous rising of electronic commerce, real estate has embraced great opportunities. In this paper, the general situation of electronic commerce applied in real estate enterprise was firstly analyzed. Successively, the feasibility of electronic commerce applied in real estate enterprise was indicated. Moreover, the patterns of electronic commerce applied in real estate enterprise were illustrated and analyzed. Ultimately, the potential issues were pointed and amending advices were provided.
