Abstract

The developments of electroless nickel plating on powders surface at home and abroad are reviewed in this paper. The pretreatment of powders, includes activation and sensitization of two steps or one step, palladium ion activation, epoxy resin treatment and ion exchange treatment, electroless nickel plating on different powders such as SiC, Al₂O₃, graphite, diamond and their applications are also discussed.
