N2 - As the monitoring of highways continues to advance, the data acquisition frequency of monitoring sensors has reached up to 2000 Hz. Developing an efficient highway monitoring data sharing system becomes crucial for analyzing highway health conditions and facilitating maintenance activities. However, the volume of data from highway monitoring is enormous, with a low proportion of effective information. This poses a significant challenge for the efficient sharing of highway monitoring data. To face this challenge, we develop Egret, a massive highway monitoring time series data sharing system, which addresses the characteristics of highway monitoring data on top of a general data sharing system. The system provides users with data online query, data application download, remote real-time monitoring, and other functions. Egret also provides user-friendly interfaces with the ability to interact with the key information in real-time based on user behavior. In this paper, we clarify the relevant functions, key technologies, and application scenarios of Egret.
