Abstract

Single-cell analysis has attracted widespread attention due to its obvious advantages in the study of cell-to-cell specificity. As an important step in the single-cell analysis, single-cell lysis affects the efficiency of single-cell analysis. This work proposes a single-cell lysis scheme based on high-efficiency selective droplet injection, which can achieve selective single-cell lysis and simultaneously sort out the lysed single-cell droplet.
