Abstract

In order to obtain the change rules between the fuel premixed characteristics and combustion characteristics of gas turbine combustor, the combustion characteristics experiences were researched at the different fuel premixed characteristic numbers based on the effects of the different fuel staging conditions on the fuel premixed characteristics. The results indicate that: (1)At the different pilot fuel ratios, impact trends of NOx emissions on the variations of fuel premixed characteristics are different. (2)When the pilot fuel ratios are 30% and 20%, the jet velocity of main fuel tubes can enhance the fuel premixed uniformity. When the pilot fuel ratios are 10% and 5%, the smaller the mass flow of main fuel tubes is, the better the fuel premixed uniformity becomes. (3)The variations of fuel premixed characteristics do not influence the outlet average temperature, outlet temperature distribution factor and total pressure recover factor of combustor.
