Effects of an applied electric field on the space-charge field in the doped knsbn crystal

Abstract

The effects of an applied electric field on the recording and erasing characteristics of the fundamental and higher-order harmonics of the space-charge field inside the crystal are observed and measured at wavelength of 633 nm with a Ce-doped KNSBN crystal. The experimental results obtained are analyzed and explained.
