Abstract
As a kind of bran-new anti-reflection treatment, patterned surface of sapphire single crystal which had gained widely attention. However, the transmittance decreased with the temperature change in serve process. The transmittance of patterned sapphire in the 3-6 μm band at the temperature of 25 °C, 300 °C, 400 °C, 500 °C, 600 °C was tested through the high temperature infrared spectrometer, the temperature effect on transmittance property was discussed in this paper. The testing results indicate that the transmittance of sapphire increased with spectrum red shift effect because of surface pattern at room temperature; High temperature caused the transmittance of patterned sapphire decline and the spectrum red shift effect aggravated, meanwhile, the transmittance rose again with the temperature promoted further; there was no obvious surface pattern effect on transmittance at high temperature.
