Effect of spraying rare earth on chemical quality of northeast soybean in efflorescence

Abstract

The soybeans Dongnong 42 and 47 were used for experiment materials with planting in the pot. The effect of lanthanum (La3+) and cerium (Ce3+) among different concentrations on protein and oil content in soybean efflorescence was studied by using near infrared transmission spectroscopy (NITS). The results indicated that the effect of rare earth on protein content of two kinds of soybeans was greater than oil content. Under all treatments of Dongnong 42 (30~120 mg·L-1), protein content and total content of protein and oil increased and oil content reduced. The protein content increased by 10.60% comparing CK and the maximum was 43.16% under 30 mg·L-1 CeCl3 treatment. And under all treatments, oil content increased and protein content and total content of protein and oil of Dongnong 47 declined. Oil content increased by 9.24% comparing CK and the maximum was 22.46% under 90 mg·L-1 LaCl3 treatment.
