Abstract

Through the comporation of anticorrosive properties of ceramic film grown on TC4 alloy by AC micro-plasma oxidation in 3 kinds of phosphates electrolyte, the effect of No.3 phosphate is best. Further studies of effect of No.3 phosphate were made on structure, morphology and anticorrosive properties of ceramic film grown on TC4 alloy by AC micro-plasma oxidation in the system of NaA1O2 and Na2SiO3. Phosphorus doesn't exist in the form of crystal, but of amorphous state in the film; the content of phosphorus in the film gradually decrease from inner to outside in the system of NaA1O2; whereas in the system of Na2SiO3 the content of phosphorus are higher on both sides and lower in the middle of the film; the anti-point corrosive property of ceramic film is improved with the proper increase of the content of No.3 phosphate in both systems.
