Abstract

Soybean Dongnong number 42 and 47 were used for experiment materials with planting in the pot. The effect of La3+ and Ce3+ among different concentrations (RE1/60 mg·L-1, RE2/90 mg·L-1, RE3/120 mg·L-1 and RE4/150 mg·L-1) on chlorophyll content in soybean flowering period was studied using ethanol spectrophotometer method. The results showed that compared with CK, La promoted two kinds soybean chlorophyll content (Chl) under low concentration and inhibited Chl content under high concentration: under RE1 treatment, chlorophyll content is higher than CK and to be maximize, Along with the increasing concentration, promotion was to reduce, inhibition was obvious, Chl content was lower than CK under RE2~RE4 treatment; Ce reduced two kinds soybean chlorophyll content, and Chl content decreased most significantly under RE1 treatment, and increased under RE2~RE4 treatment and was lower than CK.
