Abstract

Effect factor-C/N of the reaction basic matter is associated with pro-energy metabolism process of bacterium. C/N mainly reacts on synthetic metabolism and bio-oxidizing of bacterium themselves. The high level balance between matter and energy transferring makes cell synthetic metabolic a lower level in Ethanol type fermentation (ETF), and NADH + H+ participates in cell synthetic metabolism in Butyric and type fermentation (BATE), so the excess N fountainhead matter will promote bacterium synthetic metabolism when C/N is low in foundation matter. The results show that C/N in reaction foundation is one of the main factors to affecting the stability of the process of system ferment pro-hydrogen and the lower C/N in the system leads ferment type to BATE. The bacterium community kept internal equilibrium mechanism. C/N ≥ 200 in the bottom environment of reaction system should be strictly controlled, and the synthetic metabolic with a lower level in bacterium cells was maintained, so as to improve pro-hydrogen ability and stability in reaction system, and decrease surplus sludge products.
