Abstract

Ecological destruction and environmental pollution caused by development of coal resources has seriously affected the production and life of local residents. Local residents of the region are extremely concerned about the ecological environment, and treatment desire is very urgent. Based on the literature and relevant case combing with these aspects, this paper studies the definition of ecological value compensation and assessment methods mainly analyzes the Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) and improvements using open-ended double bounded dichotomous, in order to help understand how and how much to compensate in coal developing process, at last proposes specific recommendations for ecological value compensation mechanism. The research has important practical significance for coal resource development to develop targeted ecological and environmental protection policies and laws and regulations, and the establishment of a scientific ecological compensation mechanism, and maintaining the resource development and sustainable socio- economic development.
