Abstract
Dynamic characteristic of primary frequency regulation of turbo-generator is put forward. Through the analysis of several kind of turbo-generator control system, the new concept is proved to be an overall description of primary frequency regulation. Some rules of designing the dynamic characteristic of primary frequency regulation are proposed.
