Abstract

The quick establishment of dynamic alliance and integration of the optimal resources inside and outside enterprise are the important tasks of agile manufacturing to grasp opportunity, to response markets and to win competition. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the agile virtual enterprise (AVE), the dynamic alliance methodology (DAM) was proposed. The structure of AVE organization, model, the framework of DAM, and the virtual organization's integrated support environment were presented. The method is of guiding significance for establishment, reengineering and optimization of AVE.
