Abstract

Double wall carbon nanotubes (DWCNT) with an inner diameter of 0.4 nm was discussed. Floating catalyst chemical vapor deposition (CVD) was used. Results showed some DWCNTs with an inner diameter of 0.4 nm. It was also found that the fraction of this kind can be increased under lower carbon partial pressure.
