Abstract

Through introducing Drude dispersion model, dispersion effects on electromagnetic characteristics of two kinds of invisibility cloaks are studied and compared. The near electric field distribution and the far field scattering are taken into consideration to acquire the discipline that dispersion affects the invisibility cloak. This research establishes the theoretical foundation for further experimental study.
