Abstract

Theories and methods of Extenics can provide effective minds, methods and tools for architectural design innovation, and add systematicness, efficiency and stabilization to architectural design innovation as well. The basic process of architectural design innovation based on Extenics can follow certain processes. The paper put forwards the basic process of architectural design innovation based on Extenics as follows: Estabilish the architectural design innovation problem model; Carry out extension analysis on architectural design innovation conditions; Carry out extension analysis on architectural design innovation goals; Use extension transformation to architectural design innovation factors.
