Abstract
This paper analyzes disaster preventive measures for rural residential areas of Heilongjiang Province in winter, which would have a positive meaning for local architectural design in the future. It is revealed that the typical feature of Heilongjiang rural residential areas is to adopt the simplest, the most direct and essential prevention measures for maximum efficiency with the least cost.
