Abstract
Virtual instrument technology is a new developing software application technology. Based on the Open DataBase Connectivity, the solving problem of the system realization is discussed. According to the subject task, the tool of SQL Server 7.0 was selected for use. Combining virtual instrument with Internet, the digital measurement of environment monitoring is advanced. A set of virtual instrument with multi-center for environment monitoring by using Lab Windows/CVI is given. The digital measurement of environment monitoring is implemented by using local area network, and it can meet the need of the instrument's linking each other and share the resources.
