Abstract

In this paper, the metal bond matrix agents were introduced from their performance, batch formula and application fields. The methods for fabricating metal bonded diamond abrasive tools, such as sintering method, electroplating method and monolayer brazing method, were outlined also. The measures and the development improving the bonding strength between the matrix and diamond of metal bond diamond abrasive tool were reviewed with emphases.
