Abstract
Current status and characteristic of health monitoring technology of thermal protection system was analyzed. Several typical technologies based on the PZT were compared in this study. It was indicated that the analysis method based on the energy and attenuation was feasible and effective; the modal analysis method for the stick-on PZT diagnostic system was introduced, the shortage of method was pointed out. The development direction was summed up.
