Development of free adjustable function generator for drop-on-demand droplets generation

Abstract

This paper discuss the generation of uniform droplets with DOD dsdroplet. DOD droplets generation system with an adjustable function generator based on PC and software of LabVIEW was setup. For comparing the droplets ejecting process, four type of adjustable signal were used to drive the DOD droplet generator. Finally, the experimental and simulated results of the droplets formation were discussed.
