N2 - The microsatellite attitude control system is used to adjust the satellite attitude and change the satellite orbit. Its test is the primary task of a microsatellite ground test. In the closed-loop simulation test, electric simulators are used to instead of the each single component of attitude control system generally. According to the practical requirements, a set of attitude control system electric simulators for microsatellite were designed and developed. It could realize technical solutions pre-feasibility studies, electrical testing, fault simulation, etc. The simulator framework was composed of a 4U height chassis, a self-development open bus backplane and rear-panel I/O board. 13 simulator modules have been developed, SOPC and DSP were used to complete the control and the mathematical model calculating in every module. The electric simulators has been successfully applied in 50ms periodical closed-loop simulation test for microsatellite attitude control system, the device is proved to be good compatibility, extensibility and real-time processing ability for microsatellites test.
