Design strategy research of stadiums in the northeast region based on the concept of city management

With the goal of accelerating urban development, reducing government pressure and improving the efficiency of sports venues along with the planning construction of sports venues in cold Northeast region, the article summarizes the technical strategy of venue arch-design by the analysis of its function in forming and evolution of the cities based on city management background. It provides the theoretical references in avoiding investment risks and post-game usage of large sports venues. The article includes three aspects. From a macro point of view, it proposes a planning concept for accelerating urban management, to determine the complex interactions between stadiums and the city's overall development; from a meso point of view, it discusses the high efficient operation as well as the development strategy through comparison and analysis of the different business investment models of stadiums; from a micro point of view, by comparing and analyzing different morphology and function space of stadiums, it summarizes some compound design strategies to improve space usage.
