Abstract

This paper introduces how to design wearable computer software platform based on the ad-hoc network, when the bandwidth is limited and the stability is unsatisfied. The key algorithms and ideas in collecting, compressing and transmitting video and audio data, as well as the function of location and navigating by comprehensively applying GPS/GIS technology are emphasized. The implementation of the application of multimedia information on the wearable computer is discussed.
