Abstract
A designing method was presented based on embedded CPU module for robot teaching-programming pendant. The teaching-programming pendant based on this method can not only finish normal robot teaching operations, but also provide powerful capacity for program edition, and overcome the disadvantages that traditional teaching-programming pendant has poor program editing function and operation flexibility. The experimental results show that this pendant can efficiently, flexibility and easily finish teaching and program edition of complex welding task, at the same time, it has powerful anti-interference compatibility, friendly human-machine interface and abundant functions.
