Design of micro WEDM pulse generator based on fuzzy control

Abstract

A Micro WEDM pulse generator is designed in this paper. It can adapt to the needs of various processing conditions. In additional, fuzzy control theory was applied to the pulse generator, which can automatically adjust the processing parameters to improve machining accuracy. So a more powerful Micro WEDM, which can achieve better processing results, is achieved.
