Abstract

In this paper, the design method of matching network in a 10MHz DC / DC converter based on flexible aircore inductor is proposed. The mathematical model and inductance calculation method of flexible planar circular spiral coil under different bending situations is analyzed. The design methodof T-matching and p-matching networks under variable inductance are depicted in detail to ensure resistive or weak inductive equivalent input impedance of the matching network, which helps to guarantee soft-switching characteristics and high efficiency within a wide bending range. A 32V input,9V/6.3W output prototype is proposed in the laboratory and the experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed optimal design methodology.
