Design of L/H∞ optimal valve controller based on minimizing of torsional components

Abstract

This paper analyzed the change of bound of shaft model perturbation using minimizing of torsional components, and a design method for optimal valve controller of turbine was proposed. It improves performance of the system and ensures the stability of torsional components. Using the speed after minimizing of torsional components as feedback speed, a better performance controller can be designed. As the shaft model perturbation is less constrained, the control system with better robustness can be realized.
