Abstract
To investigate the issue of rent management in government affordable housing, in this paper, we discuss affordable housing rent based on the filtration theory. In our study of affordable rental houses, we classified users and built an affordable housing rent model, which includes filtration, guarantees, and rent limits. The results show that, with respect to guarantees, those with low and medium-low incomes were limited by their incomes, while earners in the sandwich layer were limited by both their income level and their length of work. In terms of rent, the rent of low-income earners may be completely subsidized, whereas the rent of medium-low-income earners should be set according to cost-benefit principles. Lastly, the rent of earners in the sandwich layer should be based on their education level and length of work.
