Abstract
This study introduces an innovative wideband Doherty amplifier configuration operating within 2.3-2.7 GHz spectrum. The architecture integrates multiple technical enhancements such as self-adjusting phase compensation circuits, a tunable post-matching network applying Chebyshev impedance transformation theory, and an improved peaking path termination strategy. Verification tests demonstrate consistent performance with drain efficiency varying from 45% to 57% at 6 dB output back-off while sustaining peak output power from 43.5 to 44.2 dBm throughout the designated frequency range.
