Abstract

Regulating rule is very important for the design, operation and control of ramjet engines. Because ramjet engines work in a wide range of flight Mach numbers and height, the working states are influenced by several factors, making the design of regulating rule very difficult. Based on the Mach number similarity criterion, the similarity parameters are defined to describe the similar work states of ramjet engines, and the design method of regulating rule for ramjet engines is presented. Simulation results show that the method is simple and effective.
