Design and optimization of Halbachmagnetic array based on flexiblemagnetized double-layer honeycombstructure

Abstract

Based on the prototype Halbach planar magnet array(HPMA), in this paper, a double layer superimposedhoneycomb structure of flexible magnetizing Halbachplanar magnet array (DHFH) is proposed. The DHFHoptimizes the three types of magnetic field distortions thatoccur in the magnetic field analysis of the HPMA, makingthe simulated results approach the fundamental wavemagnetic field obtained from mathematical modeling whileimproving the magnetic field strength. The magneticdensity distribution of DHFH has been solved numerically.When the pole pitch of the magnet array is the same, thesimulation comparative analysis shows that the magneticfield strength amplitude of DHFH is 8.5% higher than that of HPMA, and the periodic distortion rate, amplitudefluctuation dispersion coefficient and harmonic distortionrate of DHFH are lower than those of HPMA.
