Design and Optimization for Linear array CCD Attribute Measurement

Abstract

In wind tunnel experiments, it is significant to accurately measure the parameters of the model attitude after loading. Linear array CCD high-speed, high-resolution features with a cylindrical lens and planar array CCD array as an auxiliary to be measured together complete the wind tunnel attribute measurement experiment of high-speed test substances with high precision. The special low distortion lens are designed and fabricated using linear array CCD cylindrical lens, lens distortion design specifications are better than 0.05%, in actual test, lens distortion in the middle of the view field is smaller than 0.1%, the edge position distortion is relatively large, but is not more than 0.3%, and is less overall distortion. It is satisfied to the requirements of the large field of view, and high-precision in wind tunnel experiments.
