Design and motion control of space net projectiles system

Abstract

Space net is an effective means of catching non-cooperative target without stability in high orbit, and it has a strong adaptability to the target captured. In this paper, a new net projectile mechanical structure is designed to improve mobility and safety at rail services, which can adjust the angle and the velocity of projectile masses. The unfolding mechanism dynamics model is built based on Lagrange's equation. Then motion control system is designed based on solution of the acceleration method. The dynamic model of rope and net is established based on absolute nodal coordinate formulate (ANCF), and the projection process is simulated. The study can make important references on projectile strategy of space net.
