Abstract

In this paper, we design an automation test platform for the preloaded assembly of harmonic reducer, it can realize multi parameter measurement with high precision. The device is composed of electric control system and test workbench, electric control system including PC104 control unit, sensors and signal conditioning circuit, signal acquisition and control board, motor control card, serial communication module, servo motor and controller. The equipment can test pre-tightening force of harmonic reducer, starting torque, frictional moment and shaft stiffness. By experimental verification, this test platform measurement precision is better than the actual testing requirements, and the system has the advantages of simple operation, stable performance.
