Design and experiment of a new type of optical fiber cable leading equipment

Abstract

'High pressure gas blowing' method is used to lead optical fiber cable into preserve pipe, which need complicated equipment, high cost and critical work requirements. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the method, a type of leading optical fiber cable equipment using magnetic force is developed. Electro-magnetism and permanent magnetism leading optical fiber cable equipments are designed and manufactured, which have the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high reliability, high efficiency and long life.
