Design and Control of Movable Cement 3D Printing System

Abstract

This paper briefly describes the design and control method of a movable cement 3D printing system, which is composed of a mobile platform, a printing arm fixed on the platform and a cement conveying system. Compared with the traditional gantry 3D printer for buildings, this system has the characteristics of wide printing range and flexible use of equipment. Considering the structure characteristics of the equipment, the fuzzy PID control mode is adopted to realize the coordination of each subsystem and realize the high-precision printing of the product.
