Abstract
The portable circuit breaker monitor is developed to test the state parameters of circuit breaker. It uses the SD card (Secure Digital memory card) of small size, big capacity, high transmission speed, easy installation and good security. With Measurement Studio, the data management system of circuit breaker monitor is developed on Visual C + + 6.0 software platform according to the designed data access mechanism of SD card. The system realizes the real-time data acquisition, analysis, processing and display of circuit breaker state parameters. Site test results show that, it runs quickly and steadily with complete functions, high-precision, convenient HMI and better practicability.
