Cultivation of Innovation Ability in Practical Teaching of Mechanics under New Engineering

Abstract

Taking the construction and implementation of "new engineering"as the background, this paper optimizes the training scheme of mechanical specialty, reconstructs the curriculum system of mechanical specialty, strengthens the practice innovation ability, focuses on the cultivation of comprehensive practice and design and manufacturing innovation ability according to the construction status of mechanical major. And in this paper, in order to improve students' innovative spirit and practical ability, we have built a professional experiment platform and innovative practice platform, constructed a teaching system which including in-class practice and extra-curricular practice, to improve students' innovative spirit and practical ability. The preliminary practice of the new scheme cultivates students' enthusiasm and interest in learning, opens up their thinking space and improves their mechanical innovative design ability. The practical example of training innovative talents for mechanical specialty has achieved good results and provided a reference for the reform of the relevant course system for mechanical specialty.
