Abstract
By the comprehensive mathematical description of cardiac biochemistry, bioelectricity and biophysics, cardiac computational models simulate function and behavior of the heart so that researchers can understand the underlying mechanism of cardiac activity. However, it remains challenging to produce extremely sophisticated biophysical function and phenomena. The current methods focus on the separate aspect of biology or physiology and perform the cardiac pattern accordingly. In this paper, we propose a new visualization method, which allows for biophysical coupling of cardiac static physical pattern and physiological pattern properties by the coupling ray radiation function. This method can analyze and interpret cardiac experimental data and mathematical model in the way of human visual perception. Experiment results show that the visualized images progressively explore cardiac biophysical function activities and provide a more deep investigation of intrinsic mechanism of the heart, which can contribute to grasp the relationship between the biology and physiology for doctors and medical staff.
