Abstract

The authors regret that there was a descriptive error in the description of the atomistic model with an edge dislocation in the published article. The original sentence reads: “The modes, such as the entire bulk with/without one edge dislocation {(001) <010>}, were created by a CG structure optimization. The mentioned models were constructed with the assistance of ATOMSK software [38], where the edge dislocations were introduced by adding the extra half plane of atoms (sites: y = 0.51Ly, Z = 0.51Lz and y = 0.21Ly, Z = 0.91Lz) (Fig. S17).”
