Abstract

The authors regret < Correction#1: The incorrect Fig. 5 A has been replaced with the new, correct one. The other elements of Fig. 5 remained unchanged.[Figure presented] Fig. 5. Bleb tissue post-glaucoma filtration surgery in four groups (control group, treatment groups [i.e., trabeculectomy without injection, injected with O-HA; injected with O-HA þ D]). (A) Histological examination of the liver, kidney, and heart. (B) Determination of TGF-β1 in aqueous humor. (C) mRNA levels of CTGF, Collagen I, and VEGFA were determined by RT-PCR. (D) Histological examination of bleb tissue on day 7. Relative gene expression (mean SD) was an average of three independent experiments conducted in triplicate. Asterisks indicate statistically significant different responses (∗P < 0.05; ∗∗P < 0.01; and ∗∗∗P < 0.001). Scale bar = 50 μm. Correction#2: The incorrect Supplementary Figure 2 has been replaced with the new, correct one.[Figure presented] Supplementary Figure 2 Histological examination of the cornea and retina. Scale bar = 50 μm. This error does not affect the original results and conclusions of this study.> The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
